Due to the opportunity of the matter and mainly to its importance in promoting the soundness and credibility of the Angolan financial system, KPMG Angola is proud to present a document entitled “Risk Management Challenges in Angola”. This paper, with a pure introductory nature, has the main objective to get the attention of the Angolan decision makers regarding this issue and to be used as a starting point for a true risk management survey for the Angolan financial sector, which would allow an effective comparison of adopted practices and help to promote its improvement.
